The initial consultation gives both you and the attorney an opportunity to get an idea of what your needs are and what options might be available for your case. Only with such a discussion can the attorney ascertain the scope of representation that will be needed and get an idea of the commitments that will be required in time and expense in order to set a retainer. The cost of our initial consultation is $50 and is limited to 30 minutes.

Should you decide to hire Holloway Law, a contract and fee agreement will be executed by the client and attorney initiating the client / attorney privileged relationship, and we will begin immediately to work on your case.
